Did you get a call from Dialyne?
You spoke with an automated voice assistant, that is, an artificial intelligence. It was calling on behalf of a Dialyne customer, whose name was given at the start of the call. With the settings we recommend, it says so at the start of the call. The person who requested the call can change how it introduces itself (for example because they had already told you); they do so on their own responsibility, and that choice is kept on record. In every case the assistant never denies being an AI: ask it and it will tell you.
When can you be called?
The customer chooses when the call is placed and is solely responsible for it. Retries the service makes on its own (busy line, no answer) are placed only between 8 am and 9 pm (your local time). If you ask to be called back at a specific time, that is when you will be called back. The same number cannot be called more than 5 times in 24 hours, and if you say you do not want to be called again, you are not, at any time of day.
I don't want to be called again
- Say so during the call: the assistant records it and hangs up.
- Or use the report form and tick “Never be called by this service again”.
- Or email abus@dialyne.com with your phone number.
Your number is then blocked for all Dialyne customers. It is free and immediate.
Harassment, a scam attempt, repeated calls, an assistant pretending to be a bank or a public authority: fill in the report form (no account needed), or email abus@dialyne.com with your number and the date and time of the call. Your number can immediately no longer be called by that customer, who receives a warning (without ever learning who reported it or what you wrote). A member of our team reviews your report within 24 business hours, with priority for scams, impersonation, threats or harassment. The customer's account is suspended if fraud is established, if our filters had already detected fraud on that same call, or if several people report it.
Dialyne will never ask you for a code received by text message, a password, your bank card details or a money transfer. If that happens, hang up and report it.
Who called you
The Dialyne service is operated by Mohamed Reda Khadra EI (sole trader, France), 10 Chemin de Larramet, 31170 Tournefeuille, France. The number displayed (05 25 33 22 10 or another French number starting with 05) belongs to the service; you can call it back.
Your data
Who is responsible?
- If the customer who requested the call is a business or professional, that customer is the controller of your data; Dialyne acts on its behalf.
- If the customer is a private individual, Dialyne (Mohamed Reda Khadra EI) is the controller.
- In all cases, Dialyne is the controller of its do-not-call list and of abuse prevention.
What data? Your phone number; what you say, processed in real time so the assistant can understand and answer you; the written transcript and summary of the call; the date and duration. Where applicable: the customer's confirmation that you already knew you would talk to an AI (what the customer wrote may name you); your report if you make one. Your voice is not recorded.
Why? To carry out the call requested by the customer and report the result to them (the customer's legitimate interest in reaching you), and to prevent abuse (Dialyne's legitimate interest).
How long? The transcript and summary are automatically deleted after 90 days (earlier if the customer deletes them). Backups are overwritten 14 days later. The AI-disclosure confirmation and reviewed reports are kept 1 year as evidence, then deleted. If you asked not to be called again, only your number is kept on the do-not-call list.
Who has access? The customer who requested the call and our technical providers: phone line (Telnyx), voice platform (LiveKit), speech recognition (Deepgram), language model (Groq), speech synthesis (ElevenLabs), hosting (Contabo, Supabase). Some process data in the United States or Singapore, under the safeguards provided by the European Commission (Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). Full list: dialyne.com/legal/sous-traitants. What you say is not used to train AI models.
Your rights. You may request access to your data, its erasure or rectification, restriction of processing, or object to processing: email rgpd@dialyne.com with your phone number. To check that it is yours, we may send you a code by text message. We reply within one month. If the call came from a business customer, we forward your request to them and tell you how to reach them. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, or with the authority of your country of residence.
